Working in Plano
Plano is mostly built out, which means most of our work here is pad site prep for custom homes replacing tear-downs, backyard excavation for pools and additions, and drainage fixes on older slabs. We also handle clearing on the remaining undeveloped tracts out toward the county line.
What's different about the ground here
Plano sits on a mix of Houston Black clay and Austin chalk, and both are rough on slabs without proper drainage. The pad has to move water away from the foundation, period. We build grade into every job here whether the plans call for it or not. It's cheaper than a foundation repair in year three.
